Artemis Patrick is the President & CEO of Sephora North America. In her role, Artemis is responsible for shaping the retailer’s strategic multi-year growth for the US and Canada. She is also a member of Sephora’s Global Leadership Team (SLT) and Sephora America’s Operating Committee.
Carolyn Bojanowski is the Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Sephora. In her role, Carolyn is responsible for driving Sephora’s product vision and ensuring market leadership through product differentiation across the makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair, and wellness categories, as well as Sephora’s in house brand, Sephora Collection.
Corey Yribarren is the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer at Sephora. In her role, Corey oversees all HR functions at Sephora North America, including Internal Communications and Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruiting and Talent, and Employee Benefits.
Delphine Herve serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Sephora North America. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of financial strategies that focus on long-term growth for the retailer.
Joan Willat is the Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Officer at Sephora. In her role, Joan oversees the US Retail channel including Stores, Store Experience, Business Operations, Client Experience, and Sephora at Kohl’s. Joan and her team are uniquely poised to ensure the long-term success of Sephora’s stores through elevated client service and experiences.
Mike Racer is the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain at Sephora. In his role, Mike oversees Sephora’s U.S. supply chain strategy and logistics, inventory management, demand and merchandise planning, distribution center operations, store allocation, transportation logistics for retail and dotcom operations, and dotcom order fulfillment, as well as allocation and sampling for fragrance, makeup, hair and skincare.
Nadine Graham is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Ecommerce at Sephora NA. In her role, Nadine oversees digital merchandising and marketing as well as the digital client experience for both US and .CA, ecommerce delivery strategy, client services, and new digital partnerships.
Vlad Kuznetsov is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Sephora. In his role, Vlad is responsible for all digital and retail technologies for the Americas, bringing to life the client experiences through technology innovation and enterprise services that define the strategic programs for Sephora.com and stores.
Zena Srivatsa Arnold is the Sephora U.S. Chief Marketing Officer. A seasoned marketing executive, Zena is responsible for building Sephora’s brand and creating differentiated and unique marketing touchpoints – from communications, media, and creative, to loyalty, promotions and operations – that cater to Sephora's diverse beauty community. Through her curiosity, digital expertise, and collaborative approach, Zena has garnered success in building and growing brands and driving initiatives that reach clients.
