He leads Sephora’s world-class team and develops growth strategies in the Americas in order to maintain Sephora’s position as the number one prestige beauty omni-retailer, and most loved and inclusive beauty community.
Carolyn is responsible for driving Sephora’s product vision and ensuring market leadership through product differentiation across the makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair, and wellness categories, as well as Sephora’s in house brand, Sephora Collection.

Christophe leads Finance & Loss Prevention across Sephora Americas, helping to secure financial operations as well as project and support the growth of Sephora’s business. Christophe and his team have been dedicated to the planning, monitoring, and controlling of Sephora’s finances, in order to drive overall growth and build a successful infrastructure for the company.
Corey is in charge of all HR functions at Sephora North America, including Internal Communications and Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruiting and Talent, and Employee Benefits. Corey and her team focus on making Sephora the best possible place to work, while continuing to create more inclusive and diverse spaces for clients and all employees to grow develop and thrive.
Joan Willat is the Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Officer at Sephora. In her role, Joan oversees the US Retail channel including Stores, Store Experience, Business Operations, Client Experience, and Sephora at Kohl’s. Joan and her team are uniquely poised to ensure the long-term success of Sephora’s stores through elevated client service and experiences.
Mike oversees Sephora’s inventory ordering, brand-relationship management, distribution center operations, store allocation, transportation for retail and dotcom operations, and dotcom order fulfillment. With more than twenty years of experience leading retail supply chain operation and IT, Mike has taken Sephora’s supply chain business to new levels of service and efficiency.
Nadine oversees Sephora’s dotcom merchandising and marketing business, as well as the dotcom client experience for both US and .CA, ecommerce delivery strategy, client services, and new digital partnerships. Nadine and her team ensure Sephora continues to build a leading, best in class digital platform and enhanced client experiences for their beauty community.
Vlad brings to life client experiences through technology innovation and enterprise services that define the strategic programs for Sephora.com and stores. In addition to accelerating company efficiency and opportunity, Vlad oversees a team whose main focus is reimagining a seamless customer journey to achieve revenue-generating results.
