DE&I Annual Report
At Sephora, fearlessly trailblazing and innovating the beauty industry are part of the values we incorporate into our work every day. In June of 2020, we announced several continued commitments to create an inclusive in-store and workplace experience where everyone feels beautiful and that they belong.
Since that announcement, through our 11 DE&I initiatives, we’ve made progress in tackling bias across all aspects of our organization−including marketing, merchandising, hiring, training, operations and the in-store experience. Now, we are pleased to share our latest progress report, the 2024 Annual DE&I Heart Journey Report, for a deeper look into our DE&I initiatives and their impact across the organization.
There is still work to be done, but as we look back on what we’ve accomplished so far, our commitment to DE&I remains stronger than ever and I am proud of the strides the team here at Sephora has achieved and am excited to continue working towards a more inclusive future.
